The features of 960-7.5 tile:
1. Acid-alkali resistance,corrosion resistance: Proved by the experiment, magnesite tile respectively in ph=1 sulfuric acid solution and 10% sodium hydroxide solution soak for 72 hours,both no corrosive, even in a high degree of acid-alkalienvironment,Magnesite tile is no any problem.
2. Super anti bending force:
Certified by the National Center for quality supervision and test of building engineering, the transverse flexural force is 13600N, longitudinal anti fold force is 6242N .This product can withstand the pressure of 150kg.
3.Noise reduction:
Sound absorption, noise reduction effect is excellent,For example ,which can reduce the noise of the wind and rain.
4.The advantages of Anti ageing adhesive film:
Surface using PET anti - aging film. Delay the speed of aging of the material, improve the durability of the material, greatly improve the service life of the tile.
5.Freeze-proof:
Up to 50% Magnesium Oxide content in tile, its thermal conductivity is only 0.070, so in the minus 40 degree in very cold conditions without any deformation.
6.Refractory and High temperature resistance
Thermal insulation effect of the product reached 10-12 degree (indoor and outdoor temperature difference), the reason is the use of magnesium oxide, high calcium powder and other inorganic raw materials. Magnesium oxide is a white amorphous powder, tasteless, non-toxic, non-toxic, relative density of 3.85 (25 degree). Melting point is 2852 degree, boiling point is 3600 degree, belongs to the national level and non combustible materials, generally used in the manufacture of refractory brick, refractory tube, steel furnace, non-ferrous metal smelting and cement kilns, etc., are super refractory (national standard 2000 above).
7.Waterproof;
water-proof, the product material is insoluble in water, the water absorption rate of less than 9% .
8.Insulation by using Aluminum foil film.
Using high purity aluminum foil film, the surface is more smooth, more better reflective performance. In the visible range, the reflectivity is 70%-80%, in the infrared range, the reflectivity is 75%-100%, the heat insulation effect is 12-15%.
