Product Description

NR ceramic fiber tap-out cone is made from high purity alumina silicate fibers mixing with inorganic binders by vacuum forming process. It is widely used in aluminum alloy melting furnace to control the production flow of molten aluminum, with smooth surface and the right hardness forthe application.

Ceramic fiber tap out cones are used in Aluminum alloy melting furnace for die casting industry, sand casting foundry.    
 

To pour the molten aluminium from melting or holding furnaces for aluminium casting, some units use tap hole block, which is sealed with Tap Out Cone. 

We also supply body solution fiber products. It's more environmentally friendly.
